Taking Inspiration From Each Other, Reaching for the Stars!

Lead. Learn. Share. Soar.
Are you taking a leadership role in an IT-driven or IT adjacent environment? Share your story with us.
Are you watching someone in your world take a leadership role in an IT-driven or IT-adjacent environment? Share their story with us.
One of the most powerful forces in the world is role modeling. Millions, if not billions, of people have been able to create, work on and keep the faith in a transformative future vision for themselves based on seeing and / or hearing about how others have transformed their lives. Role modeling gives us that sense of possibility that comes from someone with some similarity to you doing what may have seemed impossible. Every day we have the opportunity to take a glimpse of inspiration from others and from ourselves. Let’s make the circle bigger, let’s hear and see more from you!
If you’d like to nominate yourself or someone you admire and find inspirational, reply to this email and share the following information:
Name and Surname;
Current Role (corporate role, entrepreneurial role, social role etc.);
Why do you consider yourself or the nominee a leader in IT or an IT adjacent field;
Describe the impact they are having / have they had;
Their social media profile; and
Their contact details (please ensure you have their permission).
Remember leadership is more about impact than it is about position, so don’t let the title constrain you. Kindly ensure that the nomination information reaches us by 20 July 2024.
We’re looking forward to featuring to inspire.
Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, 'Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?' Actually, who are you not to be?
